Week 1 — Discover & Align
We start by gathering your most formative life experiences and identifying the ones that truly define you. Together, we commit to a prompt and align that story with the values and character traits your target schools are looking for.
Week 2 — Build the Narrative
We take your chosen experience and map it out visually using a conflict–resolution chart. Together, we identify the turning points, challenges, and resolutions that will anchor your story. This map becomes the blueprint for your essay’s scenes, ensuring a clear, engaging arc from beginning to end.
Week 3 — Write Freely
You draft those scenes without worrying about the word count, giving yourself the freedom to explore every angle and detail of your story.
Week 4 — Show, Don’t Tell
We bring your essay to life by weaving in natural dialogue and rich exposition — turning your essay into an experience for the reader, not just a summary.
Week 5 — Polish for Perfection
We fine-tune your essay to fit the word count, sharpen your language, and make sure every word is working toward the prompt and the values of your dream schools.
Before writing, we map the student’s story from its challenge to its resolution. This step ensures the essay has a clear, engaging arc — a skill that makes the writing process smoother and the final piece more compelling.
